For container shipments: The quantity/weight inspection will be carried out by weighing scales at Port and/or Factory.
Quality inspection, also known as grading of steel scrap shipments, is carried out during discharging/loading process on board at Port (for shipments by bulk vessels) and during the stuffing/un-stuffing process at warehouse/factory (for container shipments).
